FAQ for Cross Memorials

What is an Eternal Cross?

An Eternal Cross is a product constructed of special material blended with the cremains of your loved one.  You can think of the finished product as you would your loved one. Unlike traditional urns that act as a vessel for storing cremains, the Eternal Cross can be used as a piece of artwork, serving as a beautiful reminder of your departed loved one. The concept of constructing a cross from cremains is unique in all respects.  With the Eternal Cross, you will be reminded of your loved one each time you see it.

How do you create an Eternal Cross?

Your Eternal Cross is hand-crafted. We take a measured portion of your loved one’s cremains, blend them with special material for preservation, and craft them into a finished, seamless product. Each product is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, including your loved one’s date of birth, departure date, and unique serial number matching the registered engraving on the back side of the cross.

Can I memorialize my pet?

Yes, this is quite common for people with special pets.  The process is exactly the same as with the Eternal Cross. Contact us directly to discuss our one-of-a-kind pet memorial products.

Do you use all cremains when you craft an Eternal Cross?

No.  We only use a small percentage.  You send us a measured amount to unite with the artifact. No need to send the entire amount back and forth. It’s common for our customers to request the creation of multiple Eternal Crosses from the same cremains. For such cases, the measured amount increases slightly. Petitioning the creation of multiple Eternal Crosses allows you to share the memory with other family members or loved ones.

Can I have more than one Eternal Cross made for my loved one?

Absolutely! We can cast a relatively large number of additional Eternal Cross using the same cremain source with a slight difference in the measured amount that we require.

Can I go through my funeral home to order an Eternal Cross?

You can work directly with any funeral home registered to be an Eternal Cross distributor. Contact us by phone or email to locate distributors near you.
